Sprinter Health is a hybrid in-home and virtual primary care provider that expands access to proactive, preventive healthcare by combining community-based, W-2 “Sprinters” (trained phlebotomists with medical assistant and community health worker skills) who perform hands-on diagnostics and wellness checks in patients’ homes with a virtual clinical team of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and care navigators. Their full-stack platform and operations close care gaps, deliver preventive screenings and diagnostics, coordinate medications and referrals, and scale longitudinal primary care and wellness visits for payer and provider partners and patients.

📋 Description

• Work as one of the founding engineers of AI-focused incubator teams • Explore how AI can help bridge gaps in the healthcare system • Collaborate with clinicians and technologists to innovate new ways to expand access to care • Contribute ideas to improve product offerings and enhance user experiences

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of broad experience in Data Engineering • Deep understanding of scalable data systems, ETL/ELT pipelines, and observability best practices • Hands-on with BigQuery, Airflow, DBT, or AWS Glue • Familiarity with varied database types (relational, document, columnar, key-value, vector, etc.) • At least 1 year of experience working at the seed stage, whether as a cofounder or early engineer • Technologies: Python and JS/TS
