📋 Description

• Facilitate the development and implementation of Agile processes and ceremonies • Provide day-to-day Scrum leadership and support for Agile teams • Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure clear priorities and delivery alignment • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives • Identify, track, and help remove impediments to maintain team momentum • Monitor and report on team performance, delivery progress, and sprint metrics • Support backlog refinement and ensure work items are well-defined and ready for execution • Champion continuous improvement by guiding teams in adopting Agile best practices • Foster a supportive, transparent, and collaborative team environment to maximize value delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile project management, including at least 2 years as a Scrum Master or similar role • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban; familiarity with SAFe is a plus • Knowledge of Agile principles, practices, and techniques, including backlog management, sprint planning, estimation, and team facilitation • Ability to facilitate Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives • Ability to identify and remove impediments • Experience with SharePoint, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI is preferred • Experience working with NIWC Atlantic or in a DoD environment is preferred • Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field is preferred
