📋 Description

• Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses • Work directly with clients to gather information and address tax-related questions • Review financial data and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance • Assist with tax planning and tax compliance activities • Research and resolve client tax issues as needed • Maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication • Collaborate with firm leadership and staff to support client service initiatives • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice

🎯 Requirements

• Active CPA license required • 3-5 years of public accounting and tax preparation experience • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Experience preparing, reviewing, and signing individual and business tax returns • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations • Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, small-firm environment • QuickBooks experience preferred • Sponsorship is not available
