📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Director of Retail, Regional Managers, and retail store teams • Coordinate store requests, track outstanding issues, and follow up with internal departments and external vendors • Assist with new store openings, relocations, remodels, and closures by remotely coordinating supplies, fixtures, equipment, and project timelines • Maintain and update retail operational documents, procedures, store communications, calendars, and the Store Operations Manual • Support facilities and maintenance requests by communicating with vendors, scheduling services, and tracking completion • Prepare and maintain operational reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and administrative records • Assist with purchase orders, invoices, expense tracking, and vendor documentation • Coordinate with Inventory Planning, Warehousing, Finance, IT, and other departments to support store operations and resolve routine issues • Communicate operational updates, reminders, and procedural changes to retail store teams • Provide administrative support for special projects and other retail initiatives as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, administrative support, office coordination, or a related field required • Previous experience working in a retail environment or supporting multiple retail locations is a plus • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and general office software • Ability to maintain accurate records, organize information, and follow established processes • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with multiple departments • Experience with NetSuite or other retail management systems is a plus
