📋 Description
• Work directly with clients and the Senior Consultant on deals and succession plans • Lead your own workstreams and take ownership of complex problems • Draft and review deliverables for Senior Consultant approval • Mentor Associates and share knowledge • Assess project coordination processes and propose improvements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of relevant experience • Relevant credential preferred (e.g., CVA, CEPA, CPA, CFA, or CFP®) • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required • Strong working knowledge of the broader Microsoft Office suite • Experience with CRM Systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Project Management Software • Proven ability to lead and own workstreams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to mentor and guide Associates without formal management authority
