📋 Description

• Complete the 9–12-month Management Trainee Program based on individual progression • Gain hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources • Learn every facet of the building, landscape, or pool distribution business • Train in two branches, with close to 50% of training completed in each location • Develop skills and knowledge to advance to Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Operations Manager • Learn to manage a multi-million-dollar operation • Participate in on-the-job training, mentorship, and corporate development initiatives • Network with industry experts and future leaders • Relocate for training and promotional purposes within the United States

🎯 Requirements

• Self-motivated and self-driven with an aptitude for learning in a hands-on role • Willingness to relocate for training and promotions within the United States • Strong leadership qualities and dedicated work ethic • Proven history of success in roles requiring responsibility and accountability • Experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service highly valued • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Computer skills • Strategic thinking, organization, and time management skills • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree • A degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management, or a similar major preferred • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 2 plus years of related work experience required • Ability to relocate for training and promotional purposes within the United States • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen, as permitted by law
