📋 Description

• Respond to caller inquiries with a high level of accuracy • Provide an excellent quality customer service experience • Professionally interact with shareholders, brokers, and dealers in an inbound call center • Provide operational support and issue resolution • Handle inbound call support • Mentor and train new employees • Oversee service levels and reporting • Support client onboarding, training, and change initiatives • Maintain documentation, compliance, and quality standards • Improve processes and performance

🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred or relevant work experience • At least one year of previous customer service experience within retail, banking or financial services required • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills within structured procedures • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment • Intermediate computer proficiency, including keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems • Ability to respond to caller inquiries with a high level of accuracy • Ability to professionally interact with shareholders, brokers, and dealers in an inbound call center
