📋 Description

• Provide routine maintenance of Epic applications and systems using existing internal processes, policies, and procedures • Troubleshoot and resolve basic Epic application issues and provide end-user support • Escalate issues appropriately to application team members • Assist the team in analyzing Epic vendor software updates and test updates according to scripts • Code for Epic applications, including building application tables and reports • Assist with updating testing scripts for ongoing system development and implementations • Build requirements for configuration and business process changes • Follow assigned tasks in project plans for routine projects to support milestones and timeframes • Perform standard unit and integrated system testing • Organize requirement specifications using data, diagrams, and flowcharts to inform decision-making • Support operational end-users and information technology areas • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education • No experience required • Required to obtain Epic certification within the first six months of employment • Up to three attempts provided to successfully pass the Epic certification exam • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Ability to perform frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 0–25 lbs. • Ability to perform occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 25–50 lbs. • Ability to perform frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements • Ability to use vision and depth perception for near and far distances and identify and distinguish colors • Ability to use hearing and speech for oral communication and hear alarms or malfunctioning machinery • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping • Rare climbing
