📋 Description

• Coordinate delivery of leave of absence/disability programs with benefit vendors • Support HR Business Partners, leaders, and employees with communication and administrative support for leave and disability programs • Lead and support projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and service delivery • Work with human resources information systems to implement and revise leave/disability interfaces • Assist with development and maintenance of leave/disability policies, procedures, communications, and educational resources • Participate in development of employee benefit policies and procedures • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education • Three years of experience • Experience in leave of absence administration, disability management, and overall benefits administration • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0–25 lbs. • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements • Frequent vision and depth perception for near and far distances and ability to identify and distinguish colors • Frequent hearing and speech for oral communication and ability to hear alarms and malfunctioning machinery • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25–50 lbs. • Rare climbing • No required professional license or certification
