• Perform routine monthly quality audits within assigned department functions • Verify accuracy of information in key systems and compliance with policies and procedures • Prepare monthly audit performance reports for department and company leadership • Provide constructive feedback to managers and staff • Assist in designing improvement plans and educate staff on continuous improvement • Communicate and ensure timely correction of audit errors • Facilitate collaborative sessions on quality issues, projects, and programs • Assist with data analysis and report creation for the Revenue Cycle • Perform barrier and root cause analyses • Identify improvement opportunities and best practices • Perform other duties as assigned
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes • Experience with patient registration or hospital billing • Experience with Epic • Proficient computer skills • Excellent communication skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Three years' experience • Must reside in Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Ability to perform stated physical requirements
