📋 Description

• Analyze accounts receivable, denial, and claims data • Develop dashboards and identify trends • Provide actionable insights supporting Hospital Billing and Professional Billing operations • Collaborate with decision makers to solve business and operational problems • Develop analytic and reporting specifications for projects and ad hoc requests • Gather data using databases and query tools • Ensure data integrity and quality • Establish reporting and dashboards with technical and build teams • Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards and reporting • Partner with customers, peers, and cross-functional teams to identify needs and solutions • Evaluate, analyze, and develop reporting and analytical tools • Support operational reporting, business process redesign, and process improvement initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Three years’ experience • Experience analyzing AR, denial, and claims data • Ability to develop dashboards and data visualizations • Experience with databases and query tools • Knowledge of data integrity and data quality practices • Ability to elicit business requirements and support operational improvements • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Ability to meet stated physical requirements • No professional license or certification required
