📋 Description

• Develop and execute the corporate quality strategy aligned with business objectives • Provide strategic guidance regarding quality systems, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives • Partner with executive and operational leaders to drive excellence across all functions • Lead and maintain enterprise quality management systems and standards • Oversee internal audit programs and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and certifications • Coordinate ISO certification efforts across multiple business units • Manage process documentation systems • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives • Promote Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement best practices • Establish, track, and report quality performance indicators and organizational objectives • Mentor and support Quality Managers and quality teams • Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning • Support capability development through coaching and best-practice sharing • Ensure products and services meet or exceed customer requirements • Support supplier quality improvement and risk mitigation • Collaborate with operational teams to improve process performance and product quality • Oversee quality department procedures and standard operating procedures • Ensure confidentiality of company policies, financial information, compensation data, and proprietary information • Verify compliance with established procedures while balancing quality, efficiency, and cost considerations

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification required • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in quality leadership within a manufacturing environment • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide quality programs and quality management systems • Experience managing ISO certification programs and audit processes • Fluent English, written and verbal • Spanish preferred • Strategic leadership and decision-making • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Proven success leading cross-functional teams and organizational change • Hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset • Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
