📋 Description

• Investigate allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of endangered adults. • Conduct interviews, review records, and coordinate with investigative partners. • Initiate and facilitate referrals to community services and resources. • Document case activities including notes, safety plans, case plans, and findings. • Serve as the Priority A responder (within 24 hours of receipt) for urgent investigations on a rotating basis. • Respond to assigned investigations within required timeframes. • Review and respond to quality assurance evaluations and performance feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in adult protective services, investigations, social services, human services, or law enforcement. • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize multiple factors. • Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple cases simultaneously. • Ability to interact professionally and respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds. • Effective interviewing and active listening skills. • Adaptability to policy and regulatory changes. • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Sound judgment, accuracy, and attention to detail.
