📋 Description

• Review and evaluate medical, occupational, and policy information to determine eligibility for disability benefits • Obtain and analyze documentation needed to make timely claim decisions and resolve discrepancies • Develop and execute claim management strategies supporting effective claim resolution and liability management • Provide clear, accurate, and responsive communication to claimants, policyholders, and other stakeholders • Ensure accurate benefit payments by identifying deductible income and maintaining claim system data • Investigate and evaluate disability claims to determine eligibility under policy provisions • Manage claims through resolution

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of experience in disability claims, disability benefits administration, insurance claims, or a related field • Experience analyzing and interpreting medical, occupational, and policy-related information to make benefit or claim decisions • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documentation and managing claims • Successful completion of criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification • Must be bondable
