📋 Description

• Review, evaluate, and investigate suspected misconduct reports and determine appropriate action • Document and report investigation findings and partner with key stakeholders • Maintain and manage the company’s case management system and anonymous reporting channel • Support routine reporting and root cause analysis • Assist with implementation and maintenance of the Business Conduct Program • Partner with the Enterprise Fraud Team and Human Resources Partners on high-level fraud investigations, insider threats, and risk mitigation • Assist the Director with maintaining and providing training on the Guide to Business Conduct and related ethics policies and procedures • Coordinate updates to policies, training, and procedures for legal and internal-policy compliance • Develop stakeholder relationships, promote reporting resources, and champion a speak-up culture • Support processes and policies for conflicts of interest and corporate policy governance • Help develop and implement compliance, investigation, risk assessment, complaint, and mitigation metrics • Monitor federal and state laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and pending regulatory developments • Perform other job-related duties and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience, in a related role • Working knowledge of applicable business conduct programs, ethics requirements, and related investigatory techniques • Prior internal investigations experience within law enforcement or other government or military arenas may substitute for the years of experience requirement • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence others and build relationships at all levels of the business • Bachelor's degree required • Juris Doctorate or other relevant post-graduate degree or experience preferred • Strong organization and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and produce high-quality work • Ability to analyze trends and patterns and provide recommendations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build trust and effective partnerships internally and externally, including with executive leadership • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure • Must pass criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification • Must be bondable
