• Review and evaluate disability and leave claims to determine eligibility and benefit entitlement. • Analyze medical documentation and gather required information from claimants and providers. • Communicate claim decisions and updates clearly and professionally. • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of claims. • Collaborate with internal partners to coordinate disability and leave outcomes.
• High School Diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of experience in office administration or customer service • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to manage detailed information accurately and efficiently • Familiarity with leave, benefits, or disability claim management • Experience working with medical or claims documentation
