📋 Description

• Review and manage short-term disability, state disability, and leave claims • Determine eligibility and benefits by analyzing medical, employment, and policy information • Coordinate claim and leave decisions • Ensure timely and accurate communication • Provide customer service and support to employees, employers, and stakeholders • Resolve claim issues and gather required documentation • Collaborate with internal and external partners • Guide employees and employers through the claims process • Develop claim management strategies • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in office administration or customer service • Familiarity with leave, benefits, or disability claim management preferred • Ability to manage detailed information accurately and efficiently • Strong oral and written communication skills • Must pass criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification • Must be bondable
