📋 Description

• Manage and execute multiple RFPs from intake through final submission • Lead the full RFP process in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Collaborate with sales, marketing, underwriting, legal, and other subject matter experts • Gather information and ensure proposal content accuracy • Develop clear, competitive, and compliant proposal materials aligned with solicitation requirements • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder input • Resolve issues and produce high-quality customer-facing deliverables • Recommend process improvements and enhance RFP response efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent skills or experience • 4+ years of project management experience, or experience supporting RFPs and proposals • 2+ years of insurance experience, preferably in employee benefits • Strong organizational, time-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to interpret requirements and produce accurate, customer-ready materials • Familiarity with proposal development tools, content libraries, or RFP management systems • Ability to work independently on routine to moderately complex projects with minimal oversight • Occasional extended hours may be needed during peak RFP cycles • Must pass criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification • Must be bondable
