📋 Description

• Oversee virtual and in-person program logistics, including hackathon schedules, curriculum, speaker selection, online platform registration, day-of logistics, and invoices • Create logistics packets, landing and registration pages, Zoom links, calendar invites, and participant emails • Maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce • Work closely with the intern supervisor on new projects, ideas, and initiatives • Track and report relevant KPIs • Help create and execute immersive, fun, and educational events for FEE’s 11–26-year-old audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Early-career professionals including undergraduate/graduate/law students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply • Must be geographically located in and authorized to work in the United States through the duration of the program • Computer Science, Business, Economics, Project Management or other related majors desired, but not required • A deep curiosity about AI • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining careful attention to detail • Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision • A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit to improve existing programs • A collaborative personality; unafraid of challenge • An unwavering commitment to the mission and principles of FEE
