📋 Description

• Operationalize and implement strategic marketing campaigns with the marketing and communications team • Manage cross-functional projects spanning content, creative, analytics, research, digital marketing, video, design, development, paid media, social, and web • Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals • Apply project management best practices and tools to drive collaboration across internal and external teams • Identify risks across teams and proactively address challenges • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations • Manage scope changes, risks, and issues; propose solutions to keep projects on track • Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders • Support adoption and improvement of project management processes, tools, and templates • Provide visibility into program health and surface prioritization and resourcing challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience working with stakeholders and teams such as creative, development, and production • Strong organizational and planning skills • Ability to set deadlines, manage logistics, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Track record of successfully delivering projects under tight deadlines • Detail-oriented while able to see the bigger picture • Superior organizational, communication, and collaboration skills • Working knowledge of industry best practices, project management software (Workfront, Asana, etc.), and methodologies • Understanding of creative, editorial, web content, and marketing deliverable lifecycles • Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach • Commitment to stewarding a culture championing transformation, innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect • 2+ years working within a PMO environment • Experience navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Solutions-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving and initiative • Leadership presence and ability to influence without authority
