📋 Description

• Manage cross-functional projects spanning content, creative, analytics, research, and digital marketing • Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals • Apply project management best practices and tools to coordinate internal and external teams • Proactively identify cross-team risks and bring together the correct stakeholders • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations • Manage scope changes, risks, and issues, proposing solutions to keep projects on track • Provide stakeholders with regular updates on project status, milestones, and blockers • Support adoption and improvement of project management processes, tools, and templates • Balance workload and proactively address challenges in a fast-paced creative environment

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience working with stakeholders and creative, development, and production teams • Strong organizational and planning skills • Ability to set deadlines, manage logistics, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Track record of successfully delivering projects under tight deadlines • Detail-oriented with ability to see the bigger picture • Superior organizational, communication, and collaboration skills • Working knowledge of industry best practices, project management software such as Workfront and Asana, and project management methodologies • Understanding of creative, editorial, web content, and marketing deliverable lifecycles • Enthusiasm for Stand Together’s vision and principled approach • Commitment to values including transformation, innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect • 2+ years working within a PMO environment (standout candidate) • Experience navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (standout candidate) • Solutions-oriented mindset with ability to think ahead, problem solve, engage proactively, and take initiative (standout candidate) • Leadership presence and ability to influence without authority (standout candidate)
