⢠Plan, coordinate, and oversee testing activities for Epic applications and integrated healthcare systems ⢠Ensure system changes, upgrades, optimizations, and implementations are thoroughly tested before production deployment ⢠Coordinate testing planning, test management, defect management, stakeholder collaboration, and documentation/compliance ⢠Provide tier-2 support for application incidents, including 24/7 on-call coverage as required ⢠Perform a major role in complex software upgrade initiatives ⢠Lead small- to medium-complexity software installations and enhancement requests ⢠Implement changes using documented, policy-compliant procedures ⢠Serve as a technology subject matter expert and communicate technical concepts in business terms ⢠Identify application improvement, optimization, enhancement, and technical-debt opportunities ⢠Research complex issues and develop solution options with risks, benefits, costs, and consequences ⢠Maintain project documents and document workflows and support activities ⢠Mentor Application Analyst I and II team members ⢠Coordinate application support with Infrastructure, Integration, Enterprise Analytics, and help-desk teams ⢠Facilitate team and cross-team meetings and maintain meeting records ⢠Champion appropriate use of AI-enabled tools and pursue ongoing training and certification
⢠Experience coordinating testing efforts for enterprise systems ⢠Experience with User Acceptance Testing and defect management processes ⢠Experience working within healthcare environments preferred ⢠Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tracking platforms preferred ⢠CSM, PMP, CPHIMS, or other relevant healthcare IT certifications preferred ⢠Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or Health Administration, Management Systems, Technology, Health Information Management, or a directly related field from an accredited college or university required ⢠7 or more years of Application Analyst experience with progressively responsible, directly related work ⢠Experience with 2 major application platform upgrades or implementations preferred ⢠Competent Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio ⢠Ability to analyze highly complex systems and workflows ⢠Ability to conceptualize, plan, organize, coordinate, and manage major programs or functions ⢠Ability to engage in complex discussions and negotiate outcomes ⢠Strong self-direction and ability to operate with little to no oversight ⢠Ability to develop innovative solutions and challenge the status quo ⢠Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and interpret results ⢠Advanced AI literacy, including understanding risks and limitations of AI-enabled tools ⢠Excellent written, oral, instructional, and presentation skills ⢠Knowledge of healthcare and clinical operations ⢠Knowledge of Workday, Epic, or comparable software platforms and healthcare information systems ⢠Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) ⢠Knowledge of server operating systems, storage systems, databases, scripting languages, monitoring, and job scheduling tools ⢠EPIC Certification
