📋 Description

• Co-lead the technical implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the Cority EHS system • Oversee vendors, change management, and Help Desk support ticket resolution • Support data governance through data mapping, master data setup, quality reviews, and process standardization • Execute system testing and documentation, including SIT, UAT, business requirements, SOPs, test scripts, and user guidance • Leverage analytics and AI to monitor KPI performance, identify compliance risks, and drive continuous improvement globally • Design and deliver training programs to drive system adoption • Ensure EHS policies and program expectations are understood and consistently implemented • Serve as an integration point across cross-functional teams and sites • Build stakeholder relationships and align activities with corporate EHS strategy • Lead additional EHS projects as needed • Report to the Director, EHS Management Systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in EHS data management systems • Cority required • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems • Proven project management skills • Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage enterprise-wide initiatives • Experience implementing software platforms • Experience leading change management processes across a global organization • Ability to engage and influence at all levels, including Sr. Executive Leadership • Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent BI tools • Strong data visualization skills • Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights • Strategic mindset and global vision • Strong cross-functional relationship-building and communication skills • Flexibility for emergency response • Willingness to travel up to 20%
