📋 Description

• Work closely with senior team members to ensure successful implementation, troubleshooting, and user training in robotics technology • Perform site deployment, setup, and calibration of robotic systems on construction sites • Perform hands-on maintenance of robotic systems • Support pre-deployment activities, including logistics coordination, safety planning, and project tracking • Provide basic on-site technical support • Participate in and eventually lead training sessions for contractors • Collect field data and feedback for process improvements and product development • Collaborate with sales and account teams to support customer interactions • Maintain accurate records of deployments, issues, and resolutions • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and site regulations • Develop technical and operational expertise in robotics solutions through ongoing learning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, robotics or a related field AND 1–2 years of experience in construction, technology deployment, robotics, or a related field; OR 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry hands on with advanced hardware (total stations, robotics, drones, etc.), or doing robotic training and deployments • Valid driver’s license • Ability to safely operate a non-commercial box truck for transporting equipment and materials • Willing and able to travel up to 15–20 days per month to customer locations • Ability to work site hours, including nights and weekends • Strong organizational and communication skills • Reliable, accountable, and proactive in problem-solving • High attention to detail and professionalism • Comfortable with hands-on maintenance • Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and develop technical and operational expertise in robotics solutions
