📋 Description

• Partner with Commercial and HR business leaders to assess learning needs and skill gaps • Develop and manage the end-to-end learning portfolio aligned with business objectives • Design, co-develop, and coordinate training programs for commercial learning profiles • Source, curate, and develop training content with subject matter experts • Identify, onboard, and manage facilitators • Facilitate training sessions and support engagement and knowledge transfer • Plan and execute training schedules, logistics, and communications • Monitor and measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and business impact metrics • Continuously improve training offerings using data analysis and stakeholder input • Manage learning management systems and maintain training records and documentation • Travel approximately 20% of the year to support commercial learning events

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or similar • 5+ years of experience in organizational Learning & Development, with a focus on sales enablement • Ability to build relationships with business leaders and subject matter experts and drive alignment for learning initiatives • Instructional design and content development expertise • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • Project management and execution proficiency • Data analysis and continuous improvement skills • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN, etc.) • Able to travel approximately 20% of the year
