📋 Description

• Ensure import transactions comply with applicable international trade regulations • Conduct audits to ensure accurate declarations using various tools and software • Review and assess U.S. customs entries and declarations for accuracy and compliance • Engage Engineering, Purchasing, and other departments to collect critical data • Compare and verify country-of-origin information for products and projects • Support information requests between Trade Compliance and business stakeholders for external reviews • Provide analytical support for CBP Requests for Information, Post-Summary Corrections, and Protests • Generate reports and metrics related to the import process and projects • Gather entry data from multiple sources, cleanse data, and verify accuracy • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights • Present findings using data visualization tools • Resolve import-transaction data discrepancies by identifying root causes • Support other compliance activities in accordance with company policies • Monitor and ensure Importer Security Filings are timely and accurate • Continuously improve business processes • Apply feedback to enhance performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, supply chain, or related field • 1–3 years of experience in an international trade/customs environment • Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and import entry process • Proficiency with current Microsoft Office programs • Intermediate Excel proficiency preferred • Detail-oriented, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and on teams • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask varied projects in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interact effectively across multifunctional teams • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic • Accepts accountability and responsibility for actions
