📋 Description

• Conduct objective, thorough, and timely investigations related to compliance, regulatory, ethical, privacy, and organizational policy concerns within a behavioral health environment • Support the organization's compliance program • Evaluate allegations of misconduct • Document investigative findings • Identify root causes • Recommend corrective actions • Travel approximately 30% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in behavioral health • Minimum of two (2) years of investigative, compliance, audit, risk management, quality improvement, privacy, or related experience • CHC, CCEP, CFE, CHP, CIA, or similar certification preferred • Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills • Healthcare compliance, privacy, or regulatory experience preferred • Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, Behavioral Health Licensing requirements, and fraud prevention is a plus • Valid driver's license • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time
