📋 Description

• Lead onboarding for large new customers • Execute implementations using onboarding playbook • Manage cross-functional project calls • Support sales teams during implementation • Engage Director/VP-level stakeholders • Serve as program and eCommerce SME • Conduct customer needs discovery • Build scalable program solutions • Monitor post-implementation ramp • Improve onboarding processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years Sales or Project Management experience • Knowledge of customer setup processes • Microsoft Office proficiency • Experience with enterprise stakeholders • Strong communication skills • Organizational skills • Ability to travel
