📋 Description

• Gather detailed print specifications and source competitive supplier quotes • Utilize online procurement tools to manage print sourcing projects • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and solutions with supplier partners • Provide proactive communication and project updates to sales teams • Identify alternative sourcing solutions to ensure customer needs are met • Evaluate print samples using common industry tools and standards • Procure finished goods and services for resale through strategic suppliers • Support merchandising, supply chain, and program sourcing initiatives • Resolve supplier and sales issues post-order with internal partners • Monitor industry trends and develop expertise in print manufacturing categories

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of print sourcing, print purchasing, or related experience • Knowledge of custom print manufacturing categories such as envelopes, forms, and digital print • Experience negotiating supplier pricing and solutions • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills • Strong multitasking and time management skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent organization and attention to detail • Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment • Knowledge of print sourcing processes and best practices • Strong analytical and data management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering value • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Print Procurement, or related field (preferred) • 5+ years of print project sourcing experience (preferred) • Experience with Noosh, Staples omniSource, Salesforce.com, AS400, Commerce Hub, or similar systems (preferred) • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or database software (preferred) • Certification in supply chain management, production, or procurement (preferred) • Experience with e-sourcing and procurement platforms (preferred)
