📋 Description

• Provide specialist support for procurement and administrative services • Support agency contracting, purchase card, training purchases, grants and agreements, and SBIR/STTR programs • Solicit, evaluate, negotiate, and prepare grants for award • Administer grants • Analyze and evaluate cost and price proposals • Apply comprehensive knowledge of concepts, processes, practices, and procedures to technical assignments • Use systems supporting procurement services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience (relevant experience may be substituted for formal education) • Grant administration experience • Administrative experience • MS Office suite • Senior-level knowledge and experience in grant administration and award practices and principles • Ability to solicit, evaluate, negotiate, and prepare grants for award • Ability to administer grants • Ability to analyze and evaluate cost and price proposals • Highly skilled in using systems that support procurement services • Travel required up to 50% • No security clearance required
