📋 Description

• Execute category strategy across all category portfolios • Guide the new product development process through early-stage ideation in alignment with brand direction • Provide feedback on prioritization of product development projects based on category strategy • Gather and synthesize information to assess competitive positioning, identify opportunities and understand market dynamics • Build optimized launch plans for new product introductions • Recommend marketing-spend budget allocations by category with the brand marketing team • Identify process-improvement opportunities and facilitate organizational change initiatives • Own category P&L and business-performance reporting for Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews and the IBP Process • Provide category financial analysis to the channel marketing team for annual quoting and line reviews • Communicate strategy with sales, brand, product and channel teams • Act as point of contact for product launches • Lead operational alignment across supply chain, manufacturing and marketing to ensure timely product availability and readiness
