📋 Description
• Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. • Source and engage suitable candidates. • Conduct initial telephone interviews. • Coordinate onboarding documentation and processes. • Keep recruitment databases and CRM records accurate. • Track recruitment activity and ensure hiring deadlines are met. • Monitor candidate progress throughout the recruitment cycle.
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 years' experience within recruitment operations, recruitment coordination or administration • Experience working with ATS, CRM or scheduling software • Good Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills • Confident using telephone and WhatsApp communication • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office
