📋 Description

• Develop and execute regulatory and legal strategy to deepen Stedi's relationships with payers • Navigate enforcement, compliance requirements, and relationship dynamics with organizations controlling market access • Lead competitive and enforcement matters, defending and advancing Stedi’s interests • Build the legal framework for novel data products in complex regulatory areas • Identify growth opportunities, accelerate deals, and remove blockers using legal and regulatory expertise • Own the full legal function, including contracts, disputes, compliance, IP, employment, corporate governance, and fundraising • Partner directly with the CEO and board on strategic decisions involving legal and regulatory considerations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience between law firms and fast-paced in-house roles • Significant in-house experience, including managing litigations and other disputes, ideally while in a senior legal role at a high-growth company • Deep healthcare experience is strongly preferred; experience in healthcare infrastructure, payers, providers, or health tech is ideal • Deep experience in another heavily regulated, high-complexity industry may also be considered, such as financial services, payments, or insurance • Ability to work as a true generalist across legal domains • Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment • Commercial and business-oriented approach • Philosophical alignment with the Stedi Standards • JD • Membership in at least one U.S. state bar • For United States-based applicants: current authorization to work in the US and information about whether a visa is required
