📋 Description

• Work closely with our hardware and software product teams to design and deliver best-in-class web experiences for our gamers. • Come up to speed with our tech stack — our web application is written in React and deployed in AWS using containers. • Ship a new feature in our cloud platform. • Evaluate the architecture of our cloud platform, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with engineering to plan and execute changes. • Continue to innovate and add features to our web-based experiences for gamers. • Proactively own and drive refactoring efforts to maintain a clean, well-tested codebase. • Evaluate new languages, frameworks, and tools and propose when and how to adopt them. • Share knowledge and best practices around code, testing, and documentation quality with teammates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering • Experience building scalable cloud solutions including containerized environments, database design, and distributed systems • Experience designing and building web back ends and web user interfaces • Solid understanding of reliability and observability practices — logging, tracing, and monitoring in production environments • Proficiency leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality • A collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge and learn from those around you • Eagerness to continuously grow as an engineer.
