📋 Description
• Build meaningful and healthy relationships with each individual supported • Provide transportation and activity choice to individuals daily • Participate in fun activities such as dart tournaments, dances, library visits, talent shows, and monthly birthday parties • Assist individuals in achieving goals and gaining independence
🎯 Requirements
• Have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent • Have a safe and reliable vehicle • Be willing to transport individuals in personal vehicle • Carry appropriate and valid vehicle insurance and registration • Be able to work independently and in cooperation with others • Be able to lift and transfer 50-75 lbs. • Passion and dedication in caring and advocating for adults with disabilities • Have a valid driver’s license
