📋 Description

• Own integrations for a named set of universities from the first data conversation through a signed-off feed and ongoing support • Manage new partner deployments end to end, including source discovery onsite or remote, query writing, feed setup, output validation, and registrar sign-off • Handle upgrades and migrations for partners already live on the platform • Translate institutional policies and operations into accurate data extracts • Define inspection and logging visibility so Product Delivery Leads can understand feed behavior without assistance • Standardize documentation, integration patterns, and decisions to reduce recurring integration effort • Partner with registrars and database administrators to resolve data and integration issues

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years working hands-on with student information systems, either inside a university or building integrations against them • Real depth in two or more SIS platforms, with PeopleSoft as one of them; Banner, Colleague, Workday, Jenzabar, Power Campus, or a homegrown system count for the second • Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS • Experience building queries, understanding schemas and datatype nuances, and performing debug queries independently • Data modeling instincts and experience with scheduled extracts rather than one-time pulls • Ability to learn new, unfamiliar SIS/ERPs quickly • Ability to understand and figure out integrations for specific software implementations • Credibility with registrars and database administrators • Strong documentation skills • Willingness to travel for partner onsites a handful of times a year • Ability to legally work in the U.S.; sponsorship requirements are addressed in the application form
