📋 Description

• Manage, grow, and develop revenue opportunities within the Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky territory • Contribute to annual team goals and deliver on quarterly objectives • Plan and execute a territory strategy using product and market knowledge tailored to academic and industrial research • Align customer needs with STEMCELL’s immunology product lines, including EasySep kits, primary cells, and immune cell culture tools • Support product demonstrations, lunch-and-learns, and seminars • Conduct sales activities including technical support inquiries, quote requests, site visits, and order follow-up • Assist with technical support and troubleshooting • Maintain sales data integrity within a CRM database • Build and nurture customer relationships throughout the Columbus market and broader Ohio territory • Guide customers toward tailored solutions that accelerate scientific discovery and meet research goals

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Immunology or related science (previous sales experience is an asset, but not required) • Experience with STEMCELL’s primary product lines, related technologies, or relevant customer markets is preferred • Technical laboratory experience such as flow cytometry, immunomagnetic cell isolation, and primary immune cell culture is preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support customer relationship building across the Ohio territory • Flexibility for travelling on-site to meet Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky customers • Ability to travel throughout Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky as needed
