📋 Description

• Define the vision and strategy for the product area with leadership • Own the roadmap from problem definition and prioritization through launch, iteration, and scale • Use analytics, user research, and industry trends to identify high-impact features, optimizations, and experiments • Write product specifications covering problems, objectives, solutions, decision rationale, and success metrics • Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, legal, compliance, operations, marketing, and finance • Monitor product metrics, measure impact, and iterate based on learnings • Balance growth, risk, and compliance in product decisions and communicate tradeoffs • Use AI tools to improve consumer experiences and business outcomes • Report to the Chief Product Officer

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer fintech or consumer mobile products • Track record of building, launching, and scaling consumer products from ideation through growth with measurable business impact • Strong analytical skills and experience with BigQuery, Looker, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools • Day-to-day experience using AI tools with evidence of improved speed or quality • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Deep customer empathy and passion for building valuable products • Proactive, outcome-oriented mindset with ownership, urgency, and comfort with ambiguity • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Experience in software engineering, design, analytics, or technical product management is an advantage • Experience in a regulated environment or banking, payments, lending, growth, risk, or fraud products is an advantage • Prior early- or growth-stage startup experience is an advantage
