📋 Description

• Provide nationwide title services • Oversee operational functions related to providing title services to customers • Manage and lead teams performing commercial title operations • Support branches in clearing title • Partner with Examining and Underwriting as a liaison • Ensure compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met • Manage individual contributors and/or supervisors • Be accountable for team performance and results • Assess departmental priorities and address resource and operational challenges • Review the team’s ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness objectives • Identify and solve technical and operational problems • Manage one or more related teams and adapt department plans and priorities • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred • Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience • Experience with commercial title operations • Knowledge of title services, title clearing, examining, and underwriting • Ability to manage individual contributors and/or supervisors • Ability to assess departmental priorities and address resource and operational challenges • Ability to identify and solve technical and operational problems • Understanding of how business areas integrate to achieve departmental objectives
