📋 Description

• Manage IT Business Solutions groups, providing leadership and guidance to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors • Oversee and execute tactical implementation of departmental strategies aligned with departmental IT strategy • Ensure performance and results of related IT groups and teams • Assess departmental priorities to address resource and operational challenges • Review the team’s ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness objectives • Identify and solve technical and operational problems while understanding broader departmental impact • Manage one or more related teams and adapt department plans and priorities to meet short-term service and operational objectives • Provide network and database administration, device management, and technical support for hardware and software • Perform all other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred • Experience with network and database administration • Experience with device management • Knowledge of hardware and software technical support • Ability to implement departmental IT strategies • Ability to manage managers, supervisors, and individual contributors • Ability to identify and solve technical and operational problems
