📋 Description

• Define and enforce QA governance, metrics, and automation strategy • Coordinate testing efforts across distributed teams and vendors • Lead test architecture design and tool selection • Communicate risk and quality metrics to stakeholders and leadership • Champion continuous improvement in QA processes and tools • Drive cross-functional alignment on quality objectives • Lead large-scale initiatives and strategic QA efforts • Provide mentorship, oversight, and technical guidance to the QA team • Lead test strategy, planning, and execution for complex initiatives or multiple teams • Design and evolve automation frameworks and ensure integration with CI/CD pipelines • Conduct trend analysis and proactively address systemic quality issues • Mentor junior and mid-level QA staff and provide technical QA leadership • Set and influence quality standards and best practices across the organization • Lead complex or specialized initiatives within a defined scope and discipline • Identify potential business, operational, or regulatory considerations and develop solutions • Perform all other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred • Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
