📋 Description

• Support real estate transactions by providing administrative and/or support duties to assist title processes • Perform centralized clerical processing of documents related to accurate and timely title production • Communicate information and instructions to branch offices • Work with related teams to accomplish objectives • Recognize and solve atypical problems • Evaluate and select solutions from existing precedents or procedures • Communicate and explain complex information and team interdependencies • Modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency • Act as a resource for less experienced team members • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience • Ability to perform centralized clerical processing of documents related to accurate and timely title production • Ability to communicate information and instructions to branch offices • Ability to understand how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives • Ability to recognize and solve atypical problems that occur infrequently • Ability to evaluate and select solutions from existing precedents or procedures • Ability to communicate and explain complex information, including interdependencies within the team and others • Ability to work under limited supervision and use discretion to modify work practices and processes • Ability to act as a resource for less experienced team members • No supervisory responsibilities
