📋 Description

• Develop and maintain workforce capacity models matching Stylist capacity to client demand • Identify and resolve productivity roadblocks based on capacity planning • Integrate operational plans into company-wide financial cycles • Provide real-time visibility into Stylist capacity, productivity, and client experience • Lead projects optimizing work output and designing KPIs and performance measures • Partner with Finance and leadership to align workforce strategies with company goals • Balance quality, cost efficiency, and team well-being • Build actionable dashboards and analyses using SQL and BI tools such as Looker and Metabase • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot to improve efficiency and outcomes • Learn and apply new technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or financial/operational strategy • Contact center or client-facing operations experience is a plus • Deep expertise with WFM tools such as Playvox, Aspect, Nice, or similar • Confidence managing staffing without a workforce platform • Advanced data skills in SQL and business intelligence tools • Ability to simplify complex concepts for senior audiences and make trusted data-driven recommendations • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with proven results • Experience utilizing AI tools for analysis and task simplification and automation • Proactive problem-solving ability in a fast-paced, remote environment • Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer or office equipment, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing • Workforce Management System administration experience is nice to have • Experience interfacing with payroll and time-tracking systems is nice to have • Lean Six Sigma Certification is nice to have
