📋 Description

• Provide expert style guidance through messaging, chat, video, and Stitch Fix’s in-house styling platform • Create personalized Fixes and styled assortments using client profiles, preferences, purchases, style goals, and inventory • Build meaningful client relationships through personalized interactions and a public-facing Stylist profile • Deliver against performance, productivity, and client satisfaction goals • Identify opportunities to strengthen client retention and Stylist-client connections and share insights with the broader team • Participate in training and regular check-ins • Stay current on company updates and fashion trends • Use digital tools and evolving AI-enabled tools to create personalized recommendations, communicate with clients, and work efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of client-facing styling or apparel experience • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding performance goals in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Excellent written communication skills and ability to build rapport and trust virtually • Experience and confidence styling across body types, gender identities, lifestyles, style preferences, and occasions • Ability to rapidly adopt new tools, technologies, and processes • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Docs, Gmail, Slack, and Zoom, or ability to quickly learn them • Reliable computer with Chrome browser • High-speed cable or fiber internet with minimum speed of 10 Mbps • Strong time-management skills, punctual attendance, accurate timekeeping, and productive work habits • Ability to consistently meet the 10–20 hour weekly requirement with scheduling flexibility • Commitment to seeking feedback and continuously improving work • Ability and willingness to maintain a public-facing Stylist profile featuring a photo • Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer or office equipment, and communicate effectively • Applicants must be based in the United States, excluding Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, and all Non-State U.S. Territories
