📋 Description

• Provide high-quality instruction using a pre-designed curriculum • Mentor doctoral learners and participate in doctoral committees • Provide relevant feedback to support successful completion • Respond within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, via phone, email, and the courseroom • Travel within the US to participate in doctoral residencies • Use the online learning platform to enrich the learning experience • Establish evaluation standards and explain how learners will be evaluated • Adhere to University policies and procedures • Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training • Participate in other activities based on university needs

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness and ability to travel to and teach at residencies 3–4 times per year, with each residency lasting 4–12 days; participation in at least half expected • Proficiency in oral presentation skills, planning, and organizing course objectives • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated knowledge of academic evaluation • Demonstrated knowledge of academic technology • Strong computer skills • Ability to manage potentially stressful situations professionally and ethically • Minimum two years of professional experience in the discipline for undergraduate-level teaching • Minimum three years of professional experience in the discipline for graduate-level teaching • Research, scholarship, or achievement in the discipline required at graduate level • Doctoral-level experience conducting and overseeing research in the discipline • PhD in Psychology or related field • License in Psychology required • All degrees must be conferred and from a regionally accredited institution • Required certificates, licenses, and unofficial transcripts for all graduate degrees must be attached • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available • Ability to access a computer, privacy, reliable internet, phone, and video conferencing at a remote location • Must be able to meet critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication requirements • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant
