📋 Description

• Generate leads through professional relationships, cold calling, community involvement, existing clients, and internal referrals • Develop new relationships with individuals responsible for insurance and risk management decisions at prospective clients • Maintain a consistently strong and active new business pipeline • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities among existing clients • Participate in and take leadership roles in targeted civic and professional associations • Understand the firm's value proposition and align resources and expertise with individual sales strategies • Develop targeted coverage programs and provide proactive risk management advice addressing unique client challenges • Maintain consistent, high-quality touchpoints with clients and prospects • Champion proper claims advocacy • Contribute to teammates' performance management and career development
