📋 Description

• Rebuild the operational layer of StorSuite’s live Zoho CRM environment • Design and implement lead assignment, routing, scoring, follow-up cadences, blueprints and approval processes • Redesign opportunity pipelines, including stages, probabilities, forecast categories and line-of-business-specific layouts • Build custom business processes using fields, workflows, page layouts, dynamic layouts, record types, actions and custom settings • Configure and maintain custom modules for Facilities, Claims, Plans, Services, Investor Accounts and Underwriting Fees • Manage roles, profiles, sharing rules and groups using least-privilege access • Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Zoho Deluge functions and business logic • Build and manage Zoho Flow and comparable integrations with third-party systems • Configure APIs, webhooks, custom actions and scheduled functions • Diagnose failing functions, implement failure alerting, and retire duplicate or inactive functions and workflow rules • Maintain and document integrations including Zoho Bookings, Sign, Desk, Projects, Finance Suite, SalesIQ, LeadChain, ActiveCampaign and Google Workspace • Perform data imports, deduplication, field rationalisation, picklist governance and source-attribution backfilling • Build controlled bulk-import processes with templates, validation and post-import assignment • Conduct security reviews, release evaluations and periodic system health checks • Support email deliverability and compliance monitoring • Build and optimize Zoho Analytics dashboards and reports • Automate weekly KPI reporting for executive stakeholders • Instrument operational metrics including speed to first contact, lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline aging and forecast accuracy • Produce configuration documentation for all built or modified processes, automations and integrations • Create self-guided training materials in Zoho Learn and record walkthrough videos • Deliver knowledge transfer and a handover pack at the end of the engagement or during transition to a permanent hire • Provide weekly progress updates and summaries of delivered, active and blocked work • Work under the direction of the VP of Sales & Revenue

🎯 Requirements

• Four or more years of hands-on Zoho CRM administration and build experience, or comparable CRM experience with demonstrated Zoho delivery • Experience creating and maintaining custom functions in Zoho Deluge or a comparable scripting language with transferable work • Experience with Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make or similar workflow automation and integration platforms • Working understanding of APIs, webhooks, data mapping and system integrations • Experience configuring assignment rules, scoring rules, cadences, blueprints, approval processes and multiple pipelines • Experience with data migration and cleanup involving several thousand records, including deduplication and field consolidation • Experience building reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics or a comparable BI tool • Strong written English and ability to produce documentation and training material independently • Ability to work independently across time zones, manage priorities and raise blockers early • Minimum four hours of daily overlap with 8:00–17:00 US Central, Monday to Friday • Attendance at a weekly progress call and relevant weekly Sales and Marketing alignment meetings • Own computer, reliable internet connection with stated minimum speed and backup option • Professional written and spoken English • Multi-factor authentication required • Signed non-disclosure agreement required before access • Named individual account; credentials must not be shared • Ability to comply with sandbox testing, written production approvals, change logging and data-security controls • Preferred: Zoho certification or verifiable prior implementation references • Preferred: Experience rationalising partially built CRMs • Preferred: Familiarity with Zoho One suite, especially Desk, Projects, Sign, Finance Suite and Learn • Preferred: Email deliverability and marketing compliance experience • Preferred: Experience in self-storage, real estate, insurance or another asset-based service industry
