📋 Description

• Own delivery of multiple concurrent Healthcare Decision Support system design and/or adoption projects • Ensure project outcomes align with customer goals, best practices, and organizational standards • Provide leadership and strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle • Oversee development and deployment of Cost Accounting, Service Line Margin Analytics, and Downstream Reporting solutions • Lead strategic and operational customer interactions, proactively manage issues, and deliver measurable value and satisfaction • Mentor and develop Consultants and Senior Consultants through coaching, knowledge-sharing, and performance feedback • Identify expanded-service opportunities, contribute to proposals, and participate in strategic customer planning • Improve project delivery methodologies, standard documentation, and internal training initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel within the US as needed to customer locations up to 20-35% • Ability to guide system design, implementation testing, and adoption of StrataJazz® Decision Support • Experience or capability in healthcare decision support, cost accounting, service line margin analytics, and downstream reporting • Ability to lead customer engagements through discovery, solution design, system configuration, user adoption, and performance management/optimization • Ability to mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants • Ability to support business development, proposals, and strategic planning
