📋 Description

• Provide high-quality instruction using a pre-designed curriculum • Mentor doctoral learners and participate in doctoral committees • Provide relevant feedback and support successful learner completion • Be available within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, by phone, email, and in the courseroom • Travel within the US to participate in doctoral residencies • Use the online learning platform to enrich the learning experience • Establish high standards and ensure learners understand evaluation criteria • Adhere to University policies and procedures • Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and required training • Participate in other activities based on university needs • Teach asynchronous 10-week GuidedPath courses and grade and prepare during inter-quarter periods

🎯 Requirements

• Online teaching experience required • Professional experience in the discipline: minimum of two years for undergraduate level and three years for graduate level • Research, scholarship, or achievement in the discipline required for graduate-level • Doctoral-level experience conducting and overseeing research in the discipline required • Doctorate degree in psychology required • All degrees must be conferred and from a regionally accredited institution • Required certificates, licenses, and unofficial transcripts for all graduate degrees must be attached • Demonstrated knowledge of academic evaluation • Proficiency in oral presentation skills, planning, and organizing course objectives • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated knowledge of academic technology • Strong computer skills • Ability to manage potentially stressful situations professionally and ethically • Ability to travel occasionally within the US if business needs arise • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available • Access to a computer, privacy, reliable internet access, phone, and video conferencing at a remote location • Ability to meet critical-thinking and problem-solving requirements aligned with job duties • Ability to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant • Able to access information using a computer
