📋 Description

• Teach online Radiologic Technology courses • Provide educational services to the School of Nursing and Health Professions • Establish and maintain effective relationships with Strayer students • Deliver learning experiences consistent with course outcomes and accreditation standards • Support accreditation and regulatory compliance for Radiologic Technology programs • Implement competency-based education models and recognize learner differences • Encourage learner engagement and provide personalized support • Assess and document learner progress and maintain adequate student records • Engage learners through timely, relevant interactions • Participate in faculty committees, school governance, professional associations, and advocacy for the profession • Engage in outside scholarly activities or professional practice • Develop and improve courses, including clinical simulations and applications • Mentor and guide students through academic and clinical training • Perform other teaching and support activities based on school needs and faculty capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of Radiologic Technology experience required • Hold academic and/or professional credentials appropriate to the subject content area taught • Associate degree – Radiologic Technology required • All degrees must be conferred by a regionally accredited institution • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and registration • Current/active unencumbered RT(R)(ARRT) license required • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available • Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective courses, including clinical experience simulations/application/explanations • Capability to mentor and guide students through academic and clinical training • Scholarly writing and APA or MLA proficiency • Ability to stay current with evolving healthcare practices and integrate innovative educational technologies • Access to a computer, private work setting, reliable internet, phone, and video conferencing for remote work • Ability to meet critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, computer access, and schedule requirements • Ability to travel occasionally if required • Bachelor’s degree – Imaging Sciences or healthcare related field, preferred • Experience in designing and continuously improving Radiologic Technology courses, preferred • Familiarity with online teaching methods, preferred • Clinical and/or Online teaching experience, preferred • Experience managing others, preferred
