📋 Description

• Support instructional faculty by interacting with students in large online classrooms • Create and implement communication methods and supplemental instruction to support student success • Analyze student activity in discussions and assessments and respond based on training and lead-instructor input • Assist in managing student communications • Escalate unique issues to the lead instructor • Assist with grading and providing feedback • Monitor student engagement and recommend approaches to increase engagement • Provide tutoring, live sessions, and other student support as directed • Conduct student outreach as directed • Develop supplemental support documents, videos, and job aids as directed • Perform other duties as assigned • Work 25 hours per week and report to key Faculty roles within the designated team • Support an online undergraduate Accounting class beginning October 5

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Accounting from a regionally accredited institution required, OR Master's degree in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration or coursework in Intermediate I and II from a regionally accredited institution required • Previous teaching experience required • 5 years of professional experience in accounting preferred • Online teaching experience preferred • CPA license preferred (active or inactive) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interact effectively with faculty, coaches, and learners • Demonstrated effective time management skills • Excellent relationship-building, customer service, and problem resolution skills • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through • Experience working with a diversity of learning styles • Comfortable using technology to facilitate learning • Ability to access information using a computer • Ability to effectively communicate up and down the management chain • Ability to effectively cope with stressful situations • Good attendance • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong mental acuity • Must be able to lift 25 lbs • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available
